James Clarke (Founder) has been working in the creative & philanthropic industries for 12 years & in that time, he has won 9 awards for his work, been nominated for a Pride of Britain award, won BBC Fundraiser Of The Year, attended the Queen’s garden party at Buckingham Palace, walked down Downing Street to the most powerful building in the country, broken several records & been supported by some of the biggest names in showbiz, including Simon Cowell, James Corden & Piers Morgan.

With a career that started out in television, where James worked on some of the UK’s biggest programmes, including ‘Coronation Street’, ‘The Graham Norton Show’, ‘This Morning’, ‘Celebrity Juice’ & ‘Hollyoaks’, James’ passion for being creative & discovering & nurturing talent has continued ever since.

As well as working in television, James has put his expertise & contacts to good use & he has raised nearly £200,000 for charitable causes over the last decade. Worksop’s Got Talent, James’ annual flagship event, has sold out 9 times (with 700 attendees every year), been judged by high-profile famous faces & received coverage on both BBC News & ITV News. Tickets for the event’s last ever show, on Friday, 6th November 2026, are on sale now.

Alongside his work in television, events & philanthropy, James has also ventured into the fashion world through his popular fashion show, Runway Idol, which takes place at Hillsborough Stadium. Some of the world’s biggest fashion brands, including Calvin Klein, Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing, The Couture Club, Diesel & In The Style, have previously sponsored & attended the event.
